Recxercise is a fitness class based on Furzedown Rec, consisting of various training methods such as fast & challenging HIIT training, strength training and fat burning intervals. The exercises performed are mostly based around the 5 basic movement patterns which simulate the way we get around in daily life, which are squat, lunge, deadlift, push and pull.  Classes are run by Anya Russell, a local mum, PT & group fitness instructor. She’s a certified Girls Gone Strong Pre & Post Natal Fitness Coach. Recxercise is aimed at everyone, from women (and men!) who are new to exercise, to fitness fanatics.

Recxercise is on: Tuesdays 10.30am, Thursdays 9.30am and Saturdays 8am. If it’s your first time coming and you’re not on the Recxercise What’s App group then please email Anya at the above email or text her on 07870265985 before coming as occasionally the location of the class can change.

Classes are £8, and if you book 10 classes within a 6 week period you get 1 class free. You must book all the classes at the same time. You can still cancel (within 24 hours) and get a refund and Book When will adjust the payment.

Please contact her for more details.
