If you have your own mat please bring it, if not Sarah can provide basic mats. Just a few minutes walk from Tooting Bec Station with a growing timetable and a desire to offer more movement and mindfulness to the SW! REVIVE Yoga offer Parent and Baby Yoga classes as well as Postnatal Strength Through Yoga (with childcare). The Parent and Baby classes are designed for mums with babies from 6 weeks old to crawling. A gentle, interactive class which allows you and baby to spend special time together and discover how yoga can benefit you both! Expect stretches, strengthening and relaxation exercises to help create calm and facilitate sleep.  This class includes nursery rhymes and baby massage, with relaxation at the end for parent. The Postnatal Strength Through Yoga class is aimed at all of our postnatal ladies (from six weeks to six years!) whom feel they need to work on strength and reconditioning following pregnancy. Expect plenty of strength and control work around the whole body! But also stretching, breath work, balances and relaxation – all of the things needed to rebalance you holistically with little ones around! Options and modifications will be offered to allow challenge and progress, but at an appropriate, safe level for your body (and for your mind).

Prenatal yoga is widely taught but what about Post-natal? Find and maintain your new balance after having children. Make time for yourself and be happier, healthier and stronger for yourself and your family. True Revolution Yoga is run by Aurelie, a mum of three who lives in Tooting. She offers private yoga classes in South London. After suffering from prolapse in the months following the birth of her third baby and realising that very little help was available, she recently trained in Yoga for Pelvic Health. Aurelie is willing to offer bespoke sessions for local mums, at their place, without the worry of travel or child care.  Post natal yoga can help you sleep better, get back into shape, tone your pelvic muscles (extremely important after giving birth and for the rest of your life), boost your energy, improve your confidence, renew your sex drive and ease back pain.
