Baby Yoga

A fun and active 45 minute class for babies 12 weeks to pre-walking. We explore a different theme each week and new moves are introduced as the babies progress. The mini poses and movements for baby can aid with the development of: the core muscles, hand and shoulder strength, balance, hip flexibility and body awareness. The course also includes a mini TUMMY TIME WORKSHOP as well as breathing techniques and gentle stretches for grown ups. BOOK NOW

Baby Massage and Relaxation

A relaxing 60 minute class for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling. This is an ideal first class for mum and baby during which you will learn a new skill to help relax and soothe your baby. Using Indian and Swedish massage strokes and reflexology, we look at specific strokes and pressure points that can help to ease digestive discomfort, teething pain, colds and congestion. The course also includes a mini TUMMY TIME WORKSHOP as well as breathing techniques and gentle stretches for grown ups. BOOK NOW
