Free Baby Yoga Class – The Exhibit Balham
Hello! I am delighted to bring my Baby Yoga classes to Balham and am offering a free session to any mums and babies who would like to give my classes a try. First session will be held at The Exhibit Bar and Restaurant in Balham on Wednesday 6 October from 1030 – 1130AM.https://theexhibit.co.uk/
The class will be held in a lovely large private space. Baby Yoga is a much loved class and it is great fun for parent/carer and baby. Your baby needs to be at least 12 weeks to start and it suitable for babies up to crawling. I will show you some great moves you can practise with your baby, the class is full of singing, props and an all round great atmosphere that is totally baby led.
