Once you’ve been given the all-clear from your GP to exercise (usually a minimum 6-8 weeks after birth, whenever you feel ready after that), these outdoor classes are a great way to regain your fitness, get some fresh air, and meet local mums without having to think about childcare and while being able to stop and feed your baby if necessary.
